Notice is hereby given that our club Annual General Meeting will be held at 7.30 pm on 1 Jun 2012 (Friday) at MIHRM Corporate Office, K2 Upper Ground Floor, Bangunan Khas, Jalan 8/1E, 46050 Petaling Jaya, with the following agenda:-
Agenda:-
  1. Confirmation of quorum
  2. Call meeting to Order
  3. President’s report
  4. Treasurer’s report
  5. Election of Club Officers for 2012/13
  6. Incoming President’s maiden speech
  7. Closing speech by the President
  8. Any other matters.
  9. Meeting adjourns

Note:
  1. Only member in good standing (who have paid semi annual dues) are eligible to vote.
  2.  According to club constitution Article 8, section 10, no voting by proxy is permitted.
  3. Member who wish to table any matters please submit in writing to the club secretary before 31th May 2012
